While that's a good thing to be aware of (tips), it's a bit scary to consider not leaving any tip. What if what you're saying isn't true? What if it was, but they got caught and recently changed their policy? Then you'd be short-changing the very people you appear to be trying to stand up for.
I don't claim to know the right thing to do, but if you have real evidence or know someone that doesn't work there any longer who would be willing to vouch for the claim, then perhaps reporting them to the proper authority would make a lot more sense. The best thing to happen is to clean up the situation, not to make it worse.
And I know China First used to do the same thing many years ago. And because they would hire workers who couldn't legally work here, none of them would complain. They suck.

Yes, it was the former City Light steam plant. Before Zymo moved in the building had seven taller smokestacks. Due to their age and instability the old ones were taken down, and six shorter faux smokestacks were put up to maintain some historical integrity...

Atlas is in a 100+ year old building with a great roof deck. We have 3 floors and will be taking a 4th one this year (2007). Our parent company, aQuantive, was recently bought by MSFT, but they have promised to let us keep our Seattle office. Working in Pioneer Square is fun! We have lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby, and the first Thursday of every month is the Art Walk, a wonderful way to spend the afternoon and evening.
