Um. I have no idea what a 'tracure' is but, this place is actually the Native American Heritage campus. They NA's rent it out to the school district and there is also the Homeschool Resource Center here. It used to be a high school.

The roof of the Lab can be accessed by stepping over a chain and following a gravel road downhill behind Haggett. A swath of trees visually separates the grass-covered roof from the halogen lamps of campus, giving a dark, secluded feeling, especially on cloudy nights. The view of the U-Village is impressive as well. The effect is especially intense during the full moon.
Beware: the grass is interspersed with thorny vines. Falling down hurts.
