We lived here from October 2005 to April 2006. Way too cramped, way too noisy, way too expensive, impossible to park, no storage. Not good memories. We even signed a lease on another place before this lease was up just to get out. Not recommended!

I tried to cut through this neighborhood to get from the Burke Gillman over to Roosevelt on my bike once. Lots of demoralizing hills in this maze, and no apparent escape!
