Very beautiful and unique homes, very private location as well since the streets are all dead ends and most homes are adjacent to a ravine.

Fantastic quiet neighborhood in the transitional hill between the Scandinavian Ballard and the power-walkers of Green Lake. Great small shops, good bars and restaurants, safe without feeling the overwhelming "new-yuppie" of Queen Anne. Close to the Zoo, and a short bike ride up to Greenwood, down to Fremont, Ballard, Wallingford, Greenlake, the U... Great place to live!

Say what you will about the building or Frank Gehry but I know that when the Eiffel Tower was constructed the Parisians thought it was absolutely ghastly but could you imagine Paris without it. I don't think the Parisians would ever admit it themselves but I believe they love it too. Could Seattleites love Gehry's creation, probably not but then again...I love Gehry and I hope that Seattle looks beyond the unusual and takes it for what it is...a great conversation piece. Let the debates begin!!!
